Ingredients
  

  • 4 tilapia fillets (4-6 oz each, patted dry)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
  • fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  • Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil on both sides. Rub with spice mix.
  • Place in single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until 145°F internal.
  • Rest 1 minute. Squeeze lemon over top and garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Pat fish dry for crispiness.
  • Frozen fillets: 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve with rice or salad.
