- 4 tilapia fillets (4-6 oz each, patted dry)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
- fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil on both sides. Rub with spice mix.
Place in single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until 145°F internal.
Rest 1 minute. Squeeze lemon over top and garnish with parsley.
