- 3 medium apples peeled if desired and cut into fry-like sticks
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or neutral oil
- 1 pinch salt
