- 10 medium fresh jalapenos halved lengthwise and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter melted
Wash and halve jalapenos lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and membranes with a spoon.
In a bowl, mash cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Spoon filling into each pepper half, mounding slightly.
Mix panko with melted butter. Press filled peppers topping-side into crumbs.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Arrange poppers in single layer.
Air fry 8-10 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
