Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups red cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 3 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds or crispy wonton strips
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and neutral oil until smooth.
  • Add green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and chicken to a large bowl.
  • Toss gently, then pour over the sesame ginger dressing and mix again just before serving.
  • Top with almonds, sesame seeds, and optional cilantro or crispy wonton strips.

Notes

  • Keep the dressing separate until serving for the best crunch.
  • Use cold cabbage and well-drained chicken for a fresher texture.
