Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with olive oil.
  • Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to dish.
  • Whisk Caesar dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, and half the Parmesan. Pour over chicken; top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake covered 20 minutes. Uncover, bake 5-10 minutes until 165°F.
  • Rest 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Pound chicken evenly for best results.
  • Sear optional but adds flavor.
  • Serve with potatoes or salad.
