- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch slurry cornstarch mixed with water
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Preheat the oven and prepare a baking sheet with parchment or light oil, then season the chicken with salt and pepper.
