- 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 12 Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha adjust for heat
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 0.25 cup sliced red onion
- Pickle slices for topping
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
