Ingredients
  

For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 lb salmon fillets cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon pieces dry with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  • Remove the salmon bites and let them rest for 5 minutes. Then toss gently with half of the prepared sauce.
  • Serve the coated salmon bites drizzled with extra Bang Bang sauce and topped with chopped green onions.
