For the Salmon Bites
- 1 lb salmon fillets cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- green onions for garnish
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon pieces dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
Remove the salmon bites and let them rest for 5 minutes. Then toss gently with half of the prepared sauce.
Serve the coated salmon bites drizzled with extra Bang Bang sauce and topped with chopped green onions.
