Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  • In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
  • Mix in optional cilantro and green onions.
  • Lay tortilla flat. Add BBQ chicken and slaw in center.
  • Fold sides in, roll tightly from bottom.
  • Repeat for remaining wraps.
  • Cut each in half diagonally.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For healthier version, use whole wheat tortillas.
  • Coleslaw can be made a day ahead.
  • Perfect for quick lunches or picnics.
