Ingredients
  

Pasta Salad Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked pasta rotini, bowtie, or penne
  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken shredded, grilled, or rotisserie
  • 0.5 cups buffalo sauce
  • 0.75 cups ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 0.5 cups chopped green onions
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes optional
  • 0.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until just past al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Shred or slice the cooked chicken. Toss it with the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, buffalo chicken, celery, green onions, tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Add ranch dressing and fold everything together until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added crunch, toss in diced bell peppers or shredded carrots. To lighten it up, use Greek yogurt ranch. Adjust the buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
