Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries finely chopped
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the chopped strawberries, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  • Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray in small clusters.
  • Freeze the clusters until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  • Dip each frozen cluster into the chocolate and return it to the tray.
  • Freeze again until the chocolate sets, then serve or store in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the best shape and texture.
  • Pat strawberries dry if they are especially juicy.
  • Store clusters in an airtight container with parchment between layers.
  • Let them sit a few minutes before serving for the best bite.
