- 1 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 0.5 cup butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking trays.
Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients with buttermilk.
Scoop batter and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool completely before adding filling.
Beat butter, powdered sugar, and marshmallow fluff.
