Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rotini pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1.5 cups turkey breast diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then cool completely.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and lemon juice.
  • Combine pasta, turkey, bacon, cheese, and tomatoes in a bowl.
  • Toss with dressing until evenly coated.
  • Add lettuce just before serving and chill before serving.

Notes

  • Chill before serving for best flavor
  • Add lettuce last to keep it crisp
