Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers sliced
  • 3 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Let the salad marinate for 10 minutes for enhanced flavor.
  • Top with crumbled feta just before serving and enjoy.
