Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt use vanilla if preferred
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-ins and Toppings

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granola gluten-free if needed
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Line a mini muffin pan with parchment liners or lightly grease. You can also use silicone molds or drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in chopped strawberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips if using. Do not overmix to maintain texture.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture into the muffin pan sections. Top with granola and press gently to set.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully solid. For best results, freeze overnight.
  • Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and store in a freezer-safe container with parchment paper between layers.
