Yogurt Base
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt use vanilla if preferred
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix-ins and Toppings
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries diced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola gluten-free if needed
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips optional
Line a mini muffin pan with parchment liners or lightly grease. You can also use silicone molds or drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Fold in chopped strawberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips if using. Do not overmix to maintain texture.
Spoon the yogurt mixture into the muffin pan sections. Top with granola and press gently to set.
Freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully solid. For best results, freeze overnight.
Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and store in a freezer-safe container with parchment paper between layers.
