Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey 93% lean
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp chicken broth
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cornstarch optional
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise for sauce
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 4 cups cooked rice

Instructions
 

  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar for bang bang sauce. Chill.
  • Heat sesame oil in skillet. Brown ground turkey until 165°F.
  • Add garlic, ginger, paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, sriracha, broth, honey, salt, pepper. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Thicken with cornstarch if needed. Stir in some bang bang sauce.
  • Assemble bowls: rice, turkey, toppings, drizzle sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • If mixture dries out, add extra broth.
  • Customize toppings for picky eaters.
