Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup erythritol powdered
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Blend cream, almond milk, cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in blueberries gently for a swirl effect.
  • Freeze mixture flat in container for at least 8 hours.
