Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup butter melted
  • 2 cups mango diced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking pan.
  • Mix oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add melted butter and combine until crumbly.
  • Press mixture into pan to form the base.
  • Mix mango, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  • Spread mango filling over the base.
  • Top with remaining crumble mixture.
  • Bake until golden brown and let cool before slicing.
