Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • 6-8 drops green gel food coloring
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • Extra Cool Whip and maraschino cherries for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Add peppermint extract and green food coloring; stir until uniform.
  • Gently fold in Cool Whip until no streaks remain.
  • Pour into graham cracker crust; smooth top.
  • Refrigerate 4-6 hours until set.
  • Top with Cool Whip dollops and cherries. Slice and serve.
