- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
- 6-8 drops green gel food coloring
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- Extra Cool Whip and maraschino cherries for topping
In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
