Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine broken in half
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups milk whole preferred
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese optional
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add spaghetti, milk, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to boil, then simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring often.
  • Stir in Parmesan and cream cheese until melted and creamy. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use wide pan for best results.
  • Adjust liquid for pasta type.
  • Fresh garlic essential for flavor.
