- 0.5 cup light brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2–3 drops green food coloring
- 2.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 12 Oreo cookies crushed
- 0.5 cup white chocolate chips optional
Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, vanilla, and peppermint extract; mix well.
Blend in green food coloring until desired shade is reached.
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients gently to form dough.
Fold in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips.
Chill dough for 30 minutes, scoop onto a baking sheet, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes.
