Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat or chuck roast cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 1 packet beefy onion soup mix 1 ounce
  • 2 cups ginger ale regular or diet

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Place 2 pounds beef cubes in a 9x13 inch baking dish in an even layer.
  • In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and beefy onion soup mix until well combined.
  • Pour soup mixture over beef, distributing evenly across the dish.
  • Slowly pour 2 cups ginger ale over everything without stirring.
  • Cover tightly with aluminum foil, then place lid on top if available to create an airtight seal.
  • Bake for 3 hours without peeking. Remove from oven and stir gently before serving.
