Option A: Oven-Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly to prevent sticking.
Place the coated chicken on the sheet. For added crispness, drizzle or brush the tops of the chicken breasts with olive oil or melted butter.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes if desired.
Option B: Skillet Method
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
Avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook in batches if needed.
Option C: Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the breaded chicken into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Spray lightly with oil spray.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
