Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt full fat
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter smooth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a lined pan.
  • Freeze for about 2 hours until firm.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  • Pour chocolate over the frozen layer and freeze again for 30 minutes.
  • Slice into bars and serve chilled.
