  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes 10 oz, undrained
  • 4 oz cream cheese optional, for creaminess
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and stir until the beef is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the cooked beef to a slow cooker or saucepan.
  • Add Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and cream cheese (if using). Stir to combine.
  • Cook on low heat (or in the slow cooker on 'low') until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth, about 10–15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
