Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough ball (or 1 lb homemade)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach or arugula
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cornmeal or flour for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out pizza dough on floured surface into 12-inch circle.
  • Cut into center circle and four oval leaves. Attach leaves to form shamrock shape.
  • Spread pizza sauce, add half mozzarella, green peppers, olives, spinach.
  • Top with remaining cheese, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Cool slightly, slice into shamrock sections, and serve.

Notes

Use room-temp dough for easy shaping. Add egg wash to secure leaves.
  • Broil for extra bubbly cheese.
