- 1 pre-made pizza dough ball (or 1 lb homemade)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach or arugula
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cornmeal or flour for dusting
Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out pizza dough on floured surface into 12-inch circle.
Cut into center circle and four oval leaves. Attach leaves to form shamrock shape.
Spread pizza sauce, add half mozzarella, green peppers, olives, spinach.
Top with remaining cheese, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly, slice into shamrock sections, and serve.
