  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional

  • 1 large egg for egg wash

Instructions

Notes

Dry spinach well to avoid soggy pastry. Chill roll for clean slices. Make ahead and bake day-of.
  • Reheats well.
  • Great for parties.
