- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 1 large egg for egg wash
Thaw and squeeze spinach dry. Mix with softened cream cheese, Parmesan, mayo, and seasonings until smooth.
Unroll puff pastry on floured surface. Spread filling evenly, leaving 1-inch border on one side. Roll tightly into log.
Wrap log in plastic; chill 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°F; line sheet with parchment.
Slice into 1/2-inch rounds. Place on sheet, brush with egg wash. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
