Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking pan.
  • Mix butter, flour, and powdered sugar to form dough and press into pan.
  • Bake crust for 20 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, zest, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour filling over crust and bake for 25 minutes until set.
  • Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
