- 1 box vanilla cake mix (15 oz) plus water, oil, eggs per package
- 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting softened
- 12 oz pink candy melts
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 24 lollipop sticks 6-inch
- 1/4 cup pink heart sprinkles
Bake the vanilla cake mix in a 9x13 pan per package directions at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
Crumble cake into fine crumbs in a bowl. Mix in 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting until dough forms.
Scoop tablespoon portions, roll into balls, place on parchment sheet, and freeze 20 minutes.
Melt pink candy melts with coconut oil in microwave (30-sec intervals, stirring). Dip stick tips in melt, insert into balls. Freeze 10 minutes.
Dip pops in coating, tap excess, add heart sprinkles. Stand upright to set 15 minutes.
