Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix (15 oz) plus water, oil, eggs per package
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting softened
  • 12 oz pink candy melts
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 24 lollipop sticks 6-inch
  • 1/4 cup pink heart sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Bake the vanilla cake mix in a 9x13 pan per package directions at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Crumble cake into fine crumbs in a bowl. Mix in 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting until dough forms.
  • Scoop tablespoon portions, roll into balls, place on parchment sheet, and freeze 20 minutes.
  • Melt pink candy melts with coconut oil in microwave (30-sec intervals, stirring). Dip stick tips in melt, insert into balls. Freeze 10 minutes.
  • Dip pops in coating, tap excess, add heart sprinkles. Stand upright to set 15 minutes.

Notes

  • Chill everything for best shape.
  • Work in batches to keep cold.
  • Store in fridge up to 5 days.
