- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups pink candy melts
- 1 cup white candy melts for drizzling
- 15 lollipop sticks 6-inch
- pink sprinkles and heart candies for decorating
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening optional to thin
Crush 36 Oreo cookies finely in food processor. Mix with 8 oz softened cream cheese and 1 tsp vanilla until dough forms.
Roll into tablespoon balls, place on parchment tray. Freeze 20 minutes.
Melt pink candy melts in microwave 30-sec intervals. Dip stick ends, insert into balls. Freeze 15 minutes.
Dip pops fully in pink melt, add sprinkles. Stand to dry in fridge 20 minutes.
Melt white candy melts, drizzle over pops. Add hearts, chill to set.
