Ingredients
  

  • 12 heart-shaped waffles from batter cooked in mini heart waffle maker
  • 8 large eggs for soft scrambled
  • 12 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 pint strawberries hulled and sliced into hearts
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk
  • 1/2 cup Valentine sprinkles pink, red, heart-shaped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste for eggs
  • butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Prepare heart-shaped waffles using your waffle maker until you have 12.
  • Bake bacon on a sheet at 400°F for 20 minutes until crispy.
  • Scramble 8 eggs low and slow with butter, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Wash and slice strawberries into hearts; prep other fruits.
  • Warm all components in 200°F oven.
  • Assemble on board: eggs in skillet, bacon piled, waffles centered, fruits and toppings in bowls around.
  • Garnish with heart strawberries and serve immediately.
