This Watermelon Drink is a cool, hydrating blend of fresh watermelon, lime juice, and mint, perfect for summer days, BBQs, or post-workout refreshment.

Ingredients
  

Drink Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon cubed and chilled
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp honey optional, to taste
  • 6 mint leaves plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add watermelon cubes, lime juice, mint leaves, and honey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional).
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher or individual glasses. Stir well and chill for 10 minutes.
  • Serve in glasses, garnished with extra mint leaves and a slice of lime if desired.

Notes

For an extra chill, freeze watermelon cubes ahead of time and skip the ice. You can also add sparkling water for a fizzy version.
