Lemonade Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon cubed and chilled
- 1 cup Cold Water
- 1/3 cup Fresh Lemon Juice about 2-3 lemons
- 2 tbsp Honey or Sugar adjust to taste
- 1 cup Ice Cubes for serving
- Mint Leaves for garnish
Add watermelon cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
Add cold water, fresh lemon juice, and honey or sugar to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
Refrigerate the lemonade for 30 minutes to chill.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
